Item P28 - Stanley No. 98 Side Rabbet Plane.
A wonderful plane to use when cleaning up rabbets or dados, this one is the
early type, with the January 29, 1895 patent date on the skate. The reversible
nose piece allows use as a bullnose rabbet plane. 85% of the original nickel is
present, and the knob has no cracks or chips. It is a great little plane.
