Item BP4 - Stanley No. 65 Low Angle Block Plane
A super low angle block plane for tough woods and cross grain, the No. 65 is
long (7 inches) and heavy. This one comes from the 1960s, after Stanley
discontinued the knuckle joint cap, replacing it with a nickeled hooded cap.
The finish the dark blue of the period. This one needs a light cleaning,
but has most of its original finishes, and works smoothly. easily Good+.
