A
nice plane for a collection of types, this No. 15 (7” sole) has all the
characteristics of the eighth type, including provision for the “yet-to-be”
lateral lever, and the older extended patent blade, locking lever, front knob,
etc. This one is in great condition, with most original japanning (worn from
top of lever cap), long clean blade, and a perfect mouth. Good+.
