Item CP18 - Stanley No. 5 ¼ “Junior Jack” Plane. IOB.
Stanley No. 5 ¼ planes are not all that common, and to find one in its
original box is a rarity. This example dates from the 1950s. The plane has all
of its original finishes (nickel, japanning, handle lacquer, etc), and no
damage, other than some light storage rust. It has been little used. The box
has ha some clear packing tape wound around its perimeter, but this can be
removed fairly easily. There is some scuffing on the edges, and a little dirt
to clean. The plane is Fine. The box is Good.
