This nice premium grade Disston saw is from the 1920s, and with its 24” blade is the largest size of the panel saw line. This one has a near perfect wheat carved apple handle, with no cracks or chips and much of its original finish. The blade is straight, with nib. It had moderate tarnish, but almost no pitting, and the etch is clear, complete, and readable. The filing is 8 ppi cross cut and the saw is sharp and ready to cut. It is a nice example. Fine.
